FAQ
1) I noticed you guys don't have any pricing on your website WHY?
Almost every week there are specials from different wheel and tire manufacturers here in California, we want to
offer our customer the best available price for that day and not a pre-generated pricing from several months
ago. We want to bring TRUE DIRECT WHOLESALE PRICING to our customers.
2) What is your warranty policy on your wheels and tires?
All wheels and tires are covered under the manufacturers' warranty. For tires please go to the appropriate web
page and remember to register your tires and review their warranty policy. It's their policy and not ours. As a
service to our customers, we will assist in any way to help our customers in case there's a warranty issue.
Therefore SD Wheels LLC offers no warranties, express or implied including any warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose. Please keep in mind we can't be responsible for the manufacturers decision
they're decision is FINAL and we can't do anything about it.
3) Can you guys do a wheel and tire package?
Yes we can. The reason why we don't post the packages is because we want to offer the best prices available
that DAY and not 2 months ago. Since we're in California we have access to almost all manufacturers and they
have different specials for each week.
4) I don't see a wheel or tire that I want to buy, can you guys order it?
Yes we can. All we ask is to leave us a small deposit. (Please keep in mind if you cancel on us you're deposit will
not be refunded back to you.)
5) What do I use to clean my chrome wheels?
Use a mild soap and water. Please don't clean your wheels after you've driven your vehicle. Please make sure
you give time to let the wheels cool down otherwise you will ruin the finish whether it's a painted or chrome
wheel. (For more details please contact us.)
6) Can I run my wheels during the winter snow?
No. It's not the snow it's the salt that's being used on the roads. It's highly recommended that you keep your
original wheels that came with the vehicle. The OE wheels will tolerate the salt better than the aftermarket
wheels. Run your OE wheels during the winter and use your custom wheels during the rest of the year. SALT is
highly corrosive on chrome and painted wheels. All manufacturers of wheels don't warranty against corrosion.
Unfortunately this same policy applies to consumers that purchase wheels for areas near the ocean. Since
there's salt in the air over time it accumulates on the wheels and leads to corrosion. That's why it's important to
clean your wheels at least on a weekly basis.
